Over Memorial Day weekend we decided to go on our first family camp out for the year. And all I can say is next year we will make a reservation before we go!!! We left on Friday afternoon and drove for more then 3 hrs looking at 3 different campgrounds and they were all full. The next day we drove for about 3 more hrs and finally found a place to camp! Despite the difficulty in finding a spot, we had a lot of fun. Michael and Daddy went fishing and caught two big fish. We kept one of them, a small mouth bass, and brought it home to eat. This was Dads first time preparing a fish, so he hoped on YouTube and found a video on how to fillet a fish and filleted the fish! Thanks for technology! I have to admit though, it was a little hard to eat the fish after you just cut it to peaces!!!
